Hello, I would love to hear from people who have a Gypsy puppy. I would be interested to hear about what kind of temperaments, likes and dislikes they have. Details welcome.
Is anyone doing any training beyond basic obedience?
Also, so many wonderful photos here, but who are the Gypsy pups??
Thank you very much, Rachael (CA)

Hi Rachael,
My name is Doreen and we got Hogan from the D litter (Gypsy/Tanner) He is wonderful! Loves greeting anyone who walks near him, and happiest being with our family. Doesn't matter what we are doing, playing in the backyard, watching the boys at a football game, as long as he can be with us. He also loves to sit on the sidewalk in front of the house and watch anything and everything happening. Huge people watcher! LOVES water and digging in my husband's rose garden. Lately he has discovered that he can jump up on our bed.

Can't comment on any dislikes. Nothing jumps out at me.

Hogan completed puppy kindergarden and is currently enrolled in Beginning obedience.

Chloe just let herself out the front door to do her business. She was Key Lime Green of Gypsy's litter and is a delight. She is an ankle biter- not to humans- just to Baxter (B litter 2yrs.1.5mos.) They play constantly and are inseparable companions. She is not a picky eater, in fact eating has never been an issue. She is leash trained and we take up to a 2.5 mile walk daily. She still likes to lead, thus she pulls, but the prong collar is curbing that behavior. Currently, they are chasing each other under the front porch with my lilac tree in the line of attack!

Hi Kathleen, thanks for writing about Chloe.
She and Baxter and cuties!
That's great they get to walk so much and play together and are so bonded to eachother.
Hope your landscape survives ;)
One of the funnest things in the world is to watch dogs playing together. Endless entertainment.
Good wishes, Rachael
